Kiddie Clothes?

It seems like half the time I look for little girls' clothes, I end up disturbed. The designs just don't make sense sometimes. At this particular store, they had some decent/cute stuff for infants, but once you got into toddler sizes, there's all this hoochie stuff. I don't know about you, but if I had a daughter, I wouldn't be dressing her that way. I just don't get it.

Break My Stride

Remember that song?

Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down
Oh no, I got to keep on movin'

That song was stuck in my head during my walk. Anyway, today I went for a walk using a route I never take but totally know. I never go this way because this one street has an especially steep incline. For some reason I had forgotten how steep it was. :P Ugh. There were moments where I wasn't entirely sure if I was going to make it up, but I figured as long as I kept moving I'd be fine. And I was. But I won't be going that way again for a while.

Grazing in the Grass

I'm in Santa Rosa this weekend. Here's one of the paintings in my hotel room. (Oh look, there's a reflection of me in there too. Bleh.) There's no fridge in this room, and the trash cans are pretty small. I guess they want to discourage guests from bringing in extra food. But it's not like this place was cheap...

Walk

Taylor Middle School, Millbrae. I've never been quite sure why this word was here, but my father told me that he always figured it was there to alert people not to run. Since this precedes a steep decline, it makes sense.
